2. Eligibility

4.3 Order Confirmation
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email to the address you provided. This confirmation does not guarantee that the Product will be continuously available (e.g., if you lose your download link, you may contact us for assistance).

4.4 Product Delivery
All ebooks are delivered digitally as instant downloadable files (e.g., PDF, EPUB, MOBI). Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • A download link on the order confirmation page.

  • An email containing your download link.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct. Download links may expire after a certain number of download attempts. Please save your files promptly.

4.5 Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in USD and do not include any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

5. Refund & Return Policy 

Because our Products are digital and downloadable, all sales are final with the following exceptions:

We will issue a full refund only if:

  1. You are unable to download the file after a genuine attempt, and we are unable to provide an alternative download link within 48 hours.

  2. The ebook file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable due to our error.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or accidental purchase.

  • Content that you consider "inaccurate" or not useful (given the AI-generated nature, we explicitly disclaim warranties of accuracy).

  • Failure to read the product description or disclaimers before purchase.

  • Incompatibility with your device (we provide common formats like PDF – please check compatibility before buying).

To request a refund, contact us at nebulagridsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason. We reserve the right to deny refunds that we determine are abusive or inconsistent with these Terms.

6. License to Use Our Ebooks

When you purchase an ebook, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to:

  • Download and store a copy of the ebook on your personal devices.

  • Read, print, and reference the ebook for your personal, non-commercial, educational use.

You may NOT:

Important AI & Copyright Disclosure: purely AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection. However, the selection, arrangement, and human-edited portions of our ebooks may be protected. You agree not to assert any copyright claim against us or our customers regarding the AI-generated portions. If you are uncertain about your right to use our content in a specific way, please consult an attorney.

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our ebooks may result in immediate termination of your license and legal action.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions in Section 6, you agree not to:

  • Use our Site or Products for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of our Site.

PayPal Express Checkout is your payment processor. Your transaction with PayPal is governed by PayPal’s terms. We are not liable for any issues arising from PayPal's service.

13. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to:

  • Cancel any pending orders.
