1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from nebulagrid.co.in ("Nebula," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or purchasing with the involvement of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual color/texture may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or, where offered, valid Cash on Delivery confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors, in which case any payment collected will be refunded in full.

5. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

Nebula products are cosmetic skincare items, not medical treatments. We strongly recommend a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first full use. Discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist if irritation, redness, or an allergic reaction occurs. Nebula is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to patch-test, use contrary to instructions, undisclosed pre-existing skin conditions, or known allergies to listed ingredients (all ingredients are listed on the product page and packaging).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Nebula's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Nebula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or emotional distress.

Nebula is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier or logistics partners once goods are handed over for shipment, beyond assisting in customer support/claims with that partner.

Nebula is not liable for issues arising from misuse, unauthorized resale, or storage in conditions outside the product's stated shelf life.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nebula against claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Nebula and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi , India.
