Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal-care, one-time-use items, we don't accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene reasons. If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a tampered seal, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Is the Overnight Mask suitable for sensitive skin?

It's formulated to be gentle, but we always recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

How often should I use the derma roller?

1-2 times per week is enough. Using it more often doesn't speed up results and can irritate skin. Avoid it entirely if you have active acne or broken skin.

Can I use the Overnight Mask and Collagen Sheet Mask together?

Yes, though not on the same night. Many customers use the sheet mask a couple of times a week for an instant glow, and the Overnight Mask nightly for ongoing hydration.
